work out !

went to the Fitness Embassy in Aeon Kinta Ipoh yesterday evening .

spent around two hours plus in there .

there are quite a number of exercise equipments in the gym .

for example, there are steppers, treadmill, bikes, and many more .

there is also a hall upstairs for trainer's usage to teach when they have classes .

I really need to go the gym more often next time .

need to increase my stamina level .

really feel dizzy after working out for a while :x 

but the fees for membership is really expensive :(

might consider signing up for gym next time .
